CAMPS
What we want to achieve and the focus from this year are women's camps, women's groups, ladies days. With the new fitness - YOGA ROOM we offer all guests the possibility to train as well as to come to rest. With Lotuscraft we have found an ingenious supplier, yoga mats, blocks and cushions are available. As well as the entire workout repertoire for good training of TRX and Performebetter.

With Steffi from Time2TRIME we have a power woman who will hopefully drop by more often in the future and step on the gas with the girls. She is a bike woman through and through.
On site, Verena Krenslehner Schmid is another powerhouse at the start. State champion in MTB and mountaineering, title after title adorn her walls. Look forward to getting to know Verena.

Last but not least, we are working with Carmen Small. Surely she is still known to some of the women's cycling scene. World champion, Panamercia champion and and. That takes too long.
