Your accommodation will be available from 2:00 PM on your day of arrival. Check-in is possible until 7:00 PM.
If you arrive later, you are welcome to use our key safe. Please contact us in advance by phone or email so that we can give you the access code.
The Aktiv Card for Reutte and its surroundings can be used on either the day of your arrival or departure.
Free parking is available directly in front of the building. An electric charging station is also available for electric vehicles.
On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 AM. You are welcome to continue enjoying our grounds and exploring the Reutte nature park region afterwards.
The morning can start slowly.
With coffee, fresh pastries, and everything you need for a good start to the day. Our breakfast buffet is lovingly prepared, uncomplicated, and just right for anyone who wants to enjoy a little time before their bike tour, hike, or a relaxed day at Tannenhof.
Anyone who wishes can simply book breakfast on site. This costs 13 euros per person. You can decide each morning.
A fridge full of trust. Sometimes it doesn't take much.
A cool drink after a mountain hike. A lemonade on the terrace. A celebratory beer after a long day in the snow. Or simply something good for the moment. Our Honesty Fridge is available for you around the clock. Just take what you fancy and record it on the list yourself.

More time for the essentials
We are happy to take care of the little things. Fresh towels. Cosy beds. A room or apartment you'll be happy to return to after an eventful day. At the same time, the nature surrounding Tannenhof is very important to us. That's why we appreciate guests who forgo daily room cleaning if it's not necessary. With the cleaning sign, you can easily decide for yourself when you need fresh towels or cleaning.
This way, we save water, energy, and cleaning agents together – and make a small contribution to protecting the landscape we all so appreciate. For our apartments, we charge a one-time end-of-stay cleaning fee of 40 Euros.

TANNENHOF WELLNESS & FITNESS
We've dreamt of this place for a long time. A place to catch your breath. To let go. To warm up after a day in the mountains.
In our relaxation area on the third floor, a Finnish sauna, a herbal sauna, a cosy relaxation room and a small tea bar await you. Not a large wellness centre, but a peaceful retreat for anyone who wants to enjoy warmth, silence and a few relaxed hours.
Those who like to keep active even on holiday will also find a small fitness room for a workout on the go or to loosen up after an active day. Mountains outside. Warmth inside. That's exactly how we imagined it. Sometimes all you need is peace, warmth and a little time.

Discover the region
With the AktivCard from the Reutte Nature Park Region, your holiday becomes a little easier. In summer, the paths lead to mountain lakes, alpine pastures and viewpoints. In winter, they lead to cross-country ski trails, winter hiking paths and ski resorts in the surrounding area.
You'll receive your guest card by email before your arrival. It comes with many benefits, discounts, and excursion opportunities. And if you don't know where to go first:

Even dogs go on holiday
Anyone who has travelled with a dog before knows that the family doesn't feel complete until everyone is there.
That's why dogs are very welcome at Tannenhof. Nature begins right on your doorstep and offers plenty of space for joint exploration tours – summer and winter. To ensure all guests feel comfortable, dogs are kindly asked to remain outside the breakfast room during breakfast.
For dogs, we charge €10 per night. Paw prints are allowed. Holiday happiness too.
FROM CYCLISTS - for CYCLISTS
Anyone who spends a lot of time on their bike knows: it's often the little things that make the difference.
That's why at Tannenhof you'll find many of the things you need after a long tour: a lockable bike room, a washing area for dusty and muddy bikes, a tinkering area for small repairs, and a workshop for emergencies.
In our small bike shop, we also have accessories, spare parts and the odd item you might have forgotten at home.
Clothing is also taken care of. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available so that your jersey and shorts are ready for action again the next morning. And after all those metres climbed?
A sauna, relaxation room and a small fitness room await tired legs.
Because a successful cycling day doesn't end with the tour. But rather where you can look forward to the next one.

Your booking at Tannenhof is subject to the General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry (Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions, ÖHVB / AGBH 2006). Cancellation in accordance with ÖHV.
Free cancellation up to 3 months before the day of arrival
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the total price
In the week before arrival: 90% of the total price
If a cancellation or rebooking is not notified in writing in good time, the full accommodation price may be charged.
To protect you from unexpected costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance – this way you remain flexible if something unforeseen comes up.
